Kathy Wheeldon, LMT, NCTMB, AMTA
Kathy has been a working massage therapist since graduating with top honors from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy (OSMT) in January 2006. Before that, she enjoyed a long career in theatre, working as an artist/administrator at several Omaha theatres, including the Omaha Community Playhouse and the Emmy Gifford Childrens Theatre. After that, she went on to work in the corporate world in sales, marketing and advertising before indulging her passion for alternative and complementary medicine. Kathy worked as a temporary therapist at OSMT and Oasis Massage & Spa, and has also worked with Avant Salon & Spa, Just Relax and Morningstar Center. She joined the staff at Body Haven four years ago, where she is delighted to be working with some of Omaha’s best massage therapists. Kathy is certified in Nurturing the Mother® Pre- and Perinatal Massage, and has an active and growing practice working with fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and infant massage. In addition, to Swedish massage, Kathy also performs Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, Japanese Restorative Massage, Face Lift Massage, Hot Stone, Acupressure, Reiki, and Corporate Chair Massage. She is an Omaha native and, when not working with her clients, enjoys working out, reading, gardening and spending time with friends and her family: husband Steve, and their three grown sons Luke, Andy and Peter.

Rachel Wheeler, LMT, NCBMTB, ABMP
Rachel graduated from Omaha School of Massage (OSMT) with highest honors in January 2010. Before becoming NCBMTB certified in June of 2010, she worked at OSMT as a temporary massage therapist. Rachel has enjoyed a career in the corporate world for over 5 years and looks forward to expanding into her new career in health and massage. She offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone massage, as well as Thai Yoga. She continues to expand her knowledge through self studies and continuing education. She strongly believes that the benefits of regular massage help obtain and maintain a strong and healthy life. Rachel keeps balanced by taking a select amount of time to focus on all forms of health. Some of these include regular work out programs, running, yoga, and massage, leisure reading, daily meditation, and embracing the love and growth of her family, especially her daughter, Lylah.

Dr. Christine Zorad, DC
Dr. Christine Zorad DC offers chiropractic services with focus on individual, as well as family health and well-being. She practices a gentle technique that works with the nervous system to create balance. Her approach is refreshing and unique because she makes the process of healing understandable. “I enjoy helping people facilitate health and healing. My commitment is to help people keep their bodies healthy, so they can live the active life they really want!”

Dr. Zorad is Pediatric Certified and cares for the expectant mom, specializes in upper cervical work, adjusting pretty much head to toe. She utilizes modern technology for diagnosis and treatment of vertebral subluxation (misalignments and concurrent nervous system imbalance).

Dr. Christine, an Omaha native, moved back to the Heartland 12 years ago. She is a 1986 Summa Cume Laude Graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. She and her husband enjoy remodeling their house, and pursue health and fitness activities. Together they have 5 children and 1 grandchild.
