Terms & Conditions

The recipient by redeeming the gift certificate accepts and agrees to comply with all of the following terms and conditions:

  • All gift certificate sales are final and non refundable.

  • All gift certificates expire by the date listed on the card.

  • The certificate number (listed on the back of the gift certificate) must be given when making the appointment to redeem the gift certificate.

  • Gift certificate must be presented at the time of redemption.

  • The certificate may be supplemented for a longer session by payment of cash, acceptable check or valid credit card.

  • Credit may be given for the unused portion of the gift certificate to be used before the expiration date.
    The credit given will be for the current price of massage sessions.

  • Certificates are not redeemable for cash or other substitutions, and are void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced.

  • Gift certificates are rendered void when a client books an appointment with the intention of redeeming a certificate and fails to show up for the appointment.

  • Terms are void where prohibited by law.
